The traditional double-tower dryer we usually see is made up of two tanks, called AB tower. Due to structural constraints, the filling of the dryer can not be filled up to 100% of the container, and the filling is used. The new German-Vietnamese modular double-core adsorption dryer divides a single huge tower into a plurality of independent and connected honeycomb module structures through a small modular treatment. It is filled by a vibrator and fully 100% dense to make the desiccant particles tidy. Tightly arranged, no impact and smash, prolong the life of the adsorbent, and ensure that the long-term dew point value is not attenuated; at the same time, when the adsorbent is replaced now, there is no need to directly replace the adsorbent, but the method of replacing the adsorbed inner tube is adopted, and the adsorbing tube is adopted. In order to closely fill the adsorbent in the factory, the filling amount of each tube is the same, and there is no problem of on-site filling, not tight, uneven, long replacement time, secondary shutdown filling and the like.
